Ingredients
For the dough
2cupswarm milkEnsure milk is warm but not hot to avoid killing the yeast.
1/4cupsugarExtra sugar can be added for sweetness.
2 1/4teaspoonsactive dry yeastInstant yeast can be substituted if preferred.
1/2cupunsalted butter, melted

1teaspoonvanilla extract
5cupsall-purpose flour
1teaspoonsalt
1/4cuppineapple juice
Instructions
Preparation
In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until bubbly.
Add melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, and pineapple juice to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
Gradually add flour and salt to form a soft dough.
Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
Punch down the dough and divide it into small balls.
Place the balls in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Baking
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze for up to three months. To reheat, thaw and warm in the oven.
