Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a bowl, mix together ricotta cheese, spinach, Parmesan cheese, garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
Place a chicken breast on a cutting board and gently pound it to an even thickness.
Spread a portion of the ricotta mixture onto the chicken breast, then roll it up tightly.
Secure with toothpicks if necessary.
