Preparation

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well blended.
  • Shape the mixture into a ball using your hands.
  • Roll the cheese ball in the chopped pecans until it is fully coated.
  • Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
