all-purpose flour

salt

paprika (optional)

shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your choice)

Used to bring the dough together if too dry.
Instructions
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and paprika.
Add the shredded cheese and softened butter to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.
If the dough is too dry, add ice water a tablespoon at a time until it comes together.
Roll out the dough on a floured surface to about 1/8 inch thick.
Cut the dough into squares or desired shapes.
Place the crackers on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Let cool before serving.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week or freeze for up to three months with parchment paper between layers.
