Preparation
Whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
Marinate the salmon fillets in the honey garlic mixture for about 15-20 minutes.
Cook the rice according to the package instructions while the salmon is marinating.
Cooking
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat once the rice is cooking.
Add the marinated salmon fillets to the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through.
In the same pan, add the mixed vegetables and sauté until they are tender.
Assembly
To assemble your bowls, place a scoop of rice, top it with salmon and sautéed vegetables.

Notes
