Instructions
Preparation
Marinate the salmon in honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce for about 15 minutes.
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook brown rice according to package instructions.
Roast asparagus and carrots until tender.
In a mixing bowl, combine mixed greens, diced avocado, and sunflower seeds. Drizzle with balsamic dressing.
