Ingredients

Pizza Base

  • 1 Flatbread or pita bread You can use store-bought flatbread for convenience.

Toppings

  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For brushing the flatbread.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Use high-quality cheese for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons Hot honey To provide a sweet and spicy kick.
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes Adjust to taste for preferred heat level.
  • 1 cup Fresh arugula For topping after baking.
  • optional Balsamic glaze Drizzle over the pizza before serving.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  • Brush the flatbread with olive oil.
  • Top with mozzarella cheese evenly.
  • Drizzle hot honey over the cheese and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.

Cooking

  • Bake in the oven for about 10-12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  • Remove from the oven and top with fresh arugula and balsamic glaze if desired.
  • Slice and enjoy!

Notes

Serve warm, and consider adding extra hot honey or balsamic glaze to enhance flavors. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for 5-7 minutes.
