Preparation
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the flatbread on a baking sheet and brush with olive oil.
Sprinkle a generous layer of mozzarella cheese over the flatbread.

Cooking

Notes
Best served fresh out of the oven. For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 10 minutes.
