4ounce candiced green chiles

Instructions
How to Make Huevos Rancheros
In a medium skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Saute onion until softened, then add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Stir in cumin, salt, and pepper. Add fire-roasted tomatoes and green chiles, bring to a simmer, and cook for 5 minutes.
Heat a non-stick skillet and warm tortillas for about 1 minute on each side.
Spread refried beans on each tortilla, top with salsa, and a fried egg.
Garnish with cilantro and avocado.
