Preparation

  • In a saucepan, heat the milk over medium heat.
  • Whisk in cocoa powder and sugar until completely dissolved.
  • Once the milk starts steaming, add the chopped dark chocolate, stirring continuously until melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
