  • 1 packet strawberry jelly cubes
  • 250 ml boiling water
  • 250 ml cold water
  • 100 g raspberries
  • 100 g blueberries
  • 100 g strawberries
  • 600 ml double cream
  • 75 g icing sugar
  • 1 x strawberry Swiss roll
  • 750 g custard
  • 100 g white chocolate
  • 200 g raspberries
  • 200 g blueberries
  • 200 g strawberries

  • Prepare the jelly according to the packet instructions and let it set.
  • Slice the Swiss roll into 2cm pieces and layer them over the set jelly in a trifle bowl.
  • Pour the custard evenly over the Swiss roll layer in the trifle bowl.
  • Place fresh berries generously on top of the custard layer.
  • Whip the double cream with icing sugar until soft peaks form, then spread it over the trifle.
  • Create the white chocolate bark by melting and spreading white chocolate on a lined tray, then topping it with sprinkles and freeze-dried raspberries. Freeze until set, then break into shards.
  • Decorate the trifle with the white chocolate bark pieces and additional fruit. Chill the trifle in the fridge for at least an hour before serving.
