Maple syrup can be used as a substitute for honey.

Instructions
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
Add Greek yogurt, eggs, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
In another bowl, combine the Kodiak pancake mix, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring just until combined. If desired, fold in chocolate chips or nuts.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Allow the loaf to cool before slicing.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for about 3-4 days or slice and freeze individual pieces wrapped well for up to 3 months.
