Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, shredded cheese, all-purpose flour, Parmesan cheese, and chives until well combined.
  • Scoop the mixture and form small puffs or balls.
  • Place the puffs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
