Crust
1packetdigestive biscuits, crushed
1/4cupmelted butter
Filling
1tincondensed milk
1/2cuplemon juiceUse fresh lemon juice for the best flavor.

1cupwhipped cream
2pieceschocolates of your choice, crushedOptional; can also use more lemon zest.
Instructions
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed digestive biscuits with melted butter until well blended. Press the mixture into the base of a tart pan to form the crust.
In another bowl, whisk together the condensed milk, lemon juice, and lemon zest until smooth.
Baking
Pour the lemon mixture over the prepared crust and bake for 10-15 minutes or until set.
Allow to cool, then chill in the refrigerator.
Serving
Before serving, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with crushed chocolates or additional lemon zest on top.
Slice the Lemon Bliss Tart into generous wedges and serve chilled.
