Instructions
Add cream cheese and powdered sugar to a large mixing bowl. Beat together with a hand mixer on medium-high speed until smooth.
Fold in the Cool Whip, lemon juice, and lemon extract.
Gently fold in the blueberries and mini marshmallows until just combined.
Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Right before serving, garnish with sliced almonds and lemon zest, if desired.
