Ingredients
For the Shrimp and Bowls

Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor.

Instructions
Preparation
Rinse 1/4 cup of brown rice and cook it in 1/2 cup of water until tender (about 25-30 minutes). Set aside.
Season the shrimp with salt, pepper, garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Steam the broccoli until tender. Slice the avocado and cherry tomatoes.
Assembly
Start with brown rice as the base. Arrange the cooked shrimp, broccoli, avocado, and cherry tomatoes on top.
Garnish with fresh cilantro. Drizzle with extra lemon juice and enjoy this light and refreshing meal!
Notes
Store leftovers in separate airtight containers to maintain texture. Best consumed within 2 days. Warm leftovers gently to avoid overcooking shrimp.
