Ingredients

Marinade

  • 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey Jack)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup corn chips
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, lime juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Marinate the chicken breasts in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.

Cooking

  • Preheat your grill or skillet over medium heat.
  • Cook the marinated chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  • During the last few minutes of cooking, top the chicken with shredded cheese and cover to melt.
  • Once cooked, drizzle ranch dressing over the chicken and serve with corn chips on the side.
  • Garnish with fresh cilantro if desired.

Notes

To enhance the flavors, marinate the chicken for longer, ideally up to 4 hours or even overnight. For an extra kick, add red pepper flakes or adjust the chili powder to taste. Experiment with different types of cheese for variation.
