Peel and dice before boiling.

Trim the ends before cooking.

Instructions
Preparation of mashed potatoes
Peel and dice the potatoes.
Boil in salted water until tender (about 15-20 minutes), then drain.
Mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Preparation of liver
Rinse and pat dry the liver slices.
Season with salt and pepper and lightly dust with flour.
In a skillet, heat butter or oil over medium-high heat and cook the liver for 2-3 minutes per side until cooked to your preference.
Preparation of green beans
Trim the ends of the green beans and steam or boil them in salted water for about 5-7 minutes until crisp-tender.
Drain and toss with butter and a pinch of salt.
Serving
Plate a portion of mashed potatoes, top with the liver slices, and add a serving of green beans.
Optionally, garnish with a small pat of butter or a sprinkle of herbs.
Notes
Keep any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days. Reheat gently to maintain texture and flavor.
