  • 1 tablespoon kosher salt or to taste
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup grated onion
  • 12 slices American cheese
  • 12 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 12 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 12 strips uncooked bacon

Additional Ingredients

  • mayonnaise
  • hot sauce or to taste
  • thousand island dressing
  • 12 brioche slider buns
  • 3-4 large leaves green lettuce
  • 2 tomatoes sliced thin
  • Dill pickle chips optional, to top

Instructions

How to Make Loaded Juicy Lucy Sheet Pan Sliders

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F. Prepare a nonstick rimmed 13x9" sheet pan.
  • Combine ground beef, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and grated onion in a bowl. Mix well.
  • Press half of the ground beef into a thin layer on the sheet pan. Layer cheeses and cover with remaining beef.
  • Weave bacon on top, tuck edges. Bake for 30 minutes and broil until bacon is crisp.
  • Mix mayonnaise, hot sauce, and thousand island dressing for sauce. Layer buns with lettuce and tomato.
  • Drain excess grease, transfer giant burger to buns. Add pickle chips, drizzle with sauce, and cover with bun tops.
  • Slice between rows and columns to create sliders. Serve warm.

Notes

For a twist, consider adding sautéed mushrooms or a slice of avocado to the sliders.
