Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the ground beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until the beef is browned; drain excess fat.
Whisk together eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
In a greased baking dish, layer the cooked beef mixture, crumbled bacon, and half of the cheddar cheese.
Pour the egg mixture over the layers, then top with the remaining cheese.
