  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Optional for flavor
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder Optional for flavor

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, salt, baking powder, and optional garlic and onion powders.
  • Mix well until the batter is smooth.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour the batter onto the sheet and spread it out into a flat circle or rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.

Cooking

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges turn golden and the flatbread is firm.
  • Remove from the oven, let it cool slightly, and use it as a wrap or pizza base.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze slices for up to a month. For a crispier texture, bake it a few minutes longer, keeping an eye on it to prevent burning.
