  • 4 fillets Salmon fillets Fresh or frozen, thawed if frozen
  • 1/4 cup Teriyaki sauce Store-bought or homemade
  • 4 cups Mixed greens or lettuce For the base
  • 1 medium Cucumber, sliced For crunch
  • 1 medium Avocado, sliced For creaminess
  • 1 small Radishes, thinly sliced For additional crunch
  • 2 tablespoons Sesame seeds To sprinkle on top
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil For drizzling
  • to taste Salt and pepper For seasoning the salmon

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Season the salmon fillets generously with salt and pepper.

Cooking

  • Place the salmon on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until fully cooked and flaky.
  • While the salmon is baking, heat the teriyaki sauce in a small saucepan until warm.

Assembly

  • In a serving bowl, lay a base of mixed greens or lettuce.
  • Once the salmon is cooked, add it to the bowl, along with sliced cucumber, avocado, and radishes.
  • Drizzle the warmed teriyaki sauce and olive oil over the top.
  • Finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds before serving.
