Instructions
Preparation
In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, yogurt, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness to your liking.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top, as the popsicles will expand.
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.
Notes
Store in airtight containers or freezer bags to prevent freezer burn. These popsicles can last for up to 1 month in the freezer.
