  • 2 pieces ripe mangoes, diced Use fresh mangoes for the best flavor.
  • 2 cups yogurt (either Greek or regular) Can use dairy-free yogurt for a vegan option.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Optional for added sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances flavor.
  • 1 pinch salt Balances sweetness.

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a blender, combine the diced mangoes, yogurt, honey (if using), vanilla extract, and salt. Blend until smooth.
  • Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness to your liking.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top, as the popsicles will expand.
  • Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.
  • To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds, then gently pull out the popsicles.

Notes

Store in airtight containers or freezer bags to prevent freezer burn. These popsicles can last for up to 1 month in the freezer.
