Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper or grease it.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon, then set it aside.
In a separate large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.
Add the eggs and vanilla extract to the butter-sugar mixture, whisking until well combined.
Slowly mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Baking
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
