Preparation
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Cooking
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and sear until golden brown on both sides, about 5 minutes per side.
Remove chicken from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, and basil. Stir until combined and sauce is heated through.
Place the chicken back in the skillet with the sauce.
