  • 2 pieces Salmon fillets Fresh, high-quality salmon for best flavor.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Can be substituted with half-and-half for a lighter option.
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 1/2 cup Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon Salt For seasoning the salmon.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Pepper For seasoning the salmon.
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley Optional for garnish.

Instructions

Cooking

  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Place the salmon in the skillet, cooking for about 4-5 minutes per side or until cooked through.
  • Remove salmon from the skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Stir in parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes, mixing until smooth.
  • Return the salmon to the skillet, spooning the sauce over the fillets.
  • Cook for an additional couple of minutes to heat through.
  • Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes

Pair Marry Me Salmon with roasted vegetables or creamy mashed potatoes. For extra elegance, serve with chilled white wine. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
