Marshmallow Swirl Fudge

Ingredients

For the fudge

  • 2 cups 2 cups chocolate chips Use high-quality chocolate chips for best flavor.
  • 1 can 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups 2 cups mini marshmallows Regular marshmallows can be used but may need to be cut.
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup chopped nuts Optional ingredient for added texture.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Line an 8x8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk, stirring until melted and smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  • Gently fold in mini marshmallows and nuts if using.
  • Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Allow it to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  • Once set, lift the fudge out of the dish using the parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes

Store fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or refrigerate in warmer climates. Freeze for longer storage, separating layers with parchment paper.
