  • 1 cup 1 cup breadcrumbs Use plain or seasoned according to preference.
  • 1/2 cup 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese For topping the chicken.

Seasoning

  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • to taste salt and pepper Salt and pepper to taste Adjust according to personal preference.

Garnish

  • 1 bunch Fresh parsley For garnish before serving.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Coat the whole chicken thoroughly with the mixture, ensuring it is evenly covered.
  • Place the coated chicken in a roasting pan and sprinkle the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese generously on top.

Cooking

  • Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 1.5 hours or until it is fully cooked and the top is golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

To store leftovers, allow the chicken to cool completely, then place it in an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 3-4 days. Freeze for up to 3 months.
