Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 15 Oreos, ground into crumbs
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling

  • 16 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 tbsp natural unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 tbsp Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • pinch salt

Whipped Cream Topping

  • 1 1/4 cups heavy whipping cream, cold
  • 3 tbsp Baileys Irish cream
  • 3 tbsp natural unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Combine Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Spread onto the prepared sheet and bake. Cool.
  • Mix cream cheese, sugar, cocoa powder, Baileys, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip cold heavy cream with Baileys, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  • Layer cookie crumbs, cheesecake filling, and whipped cream in individual cups. Repeat layers. Refrigerate before serving.

Notes

For a richer flavor, garnish with chocolate shavings or cocoa powder before serving.
