Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Combine Oreo crumbs and melted butter. Spread onto the prepared sheet and bake. Cool.
Mix cream cheese, sugar, cocoa powder, Baileys, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
