Ingredients
  

Brownie Batter

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (112g) cut into cubes
  • 4 ounces dark chocolate (112g) very finely chopped
  • 1 cup granulated sugar (200g)
  • 2 large eggs (room temperature)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour (63g)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon instant coffee powder
  • 1 tablespoon boiling water

Cheesecake Batter

  • 8 ounces full-fat cream cheese (228g) room temperature
  • 6 tablespoons granulated sugar (75g)
  • 1 large egg

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the brownie batter and the coffee cheesecake batter separately.
  • Layer the brownie batter in a baking pan and top with spoonfuls of the coffee cheesecake mixture.
  • Use a skewer to swirl the layers together for a marbled effect.
  • Bake until set, cool, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing into delectable squares.

Notes
