  • 2 pieces eggs Use flax eggs for vegan option.
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda Helps the bread rise.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Adds flavor.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt Enhances the taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon Optional, but adds flavor.

Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  • Add the oat flour, protein powder, honey (or maple syrup), applesauce, eggs, baking soda, vanilla extract, salt, and cinnamon to the mashed bananas. Stir until well combined.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.

Baking

  • Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

Notes
