Preparation
Cut the watermelon into cubes, hull and slice the strawberries, and rinse the blueberries.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the watermelon, strawberries, and blueberries.
Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, honey (if using), and a pinch of salt until well blended.
Pour the lime mixture over the fruit and gently toss to ensure the fruit is evenly coated.
Assembly
