Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 cup nacho cheese sauce
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeƱos
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Optional: sour cream, guacamole, salsa

Instructions

Prepare the Beef:

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it into crumbles.
  • Drain excess fat.
  • Add salt, pepper, cumin, and paprika. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes until spices are well incorporated.

Prepare the Cheese Sauce:

  • Heat nacho cheese sauce in a saucepan over low heat until warm and smooth.
  • Assemble the Wraps:
  • Lay a tortilla flat on a plate.
  • Spread a generous layer of nacho cheese sauce in the center.
  • Add a portion of the cooked beef on top of the cheese sauce.
  • Add shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, diced onions, and sliced jalapeƱos.
  • Drizzle more nacho cheese sauce on top if desired.

Wrap It Up:

  • Fold in the sides of the tortilla, then roll it from the bottom up.
  • Secure the wrap by tucking in the ends and using a toothpick if necessary.

Serve:

  • Serve the wraps immediately while they're warm.
  • Pair with sides like tortilla chips, salsa, or a fresh salad for a complete meal.

Notes

Feel free to swap ground beef for ground turkey or chicken for a lighter version. Customize with your favorite toppings like pickled onions, crushed tortilla chips, or a drizzle of hot sauce.
