Crust
1 1/4cupgraham cracker crumbs
2tablespoonsgranulated sugar
1/3cupunsalted butter (melted)
Cheesecake Filling
1cupwhipping cream**Whipped until peaks form
16ozbrick-style cream cheese**Room temperature
3/4cuppowdered sugar
1teaspoonvanilla
2teaspoonslemon juice (freshly squeezed)
Topping
1 jar cherry pie filling
Instructions
1. Line pan and mix graham crumbs, sugar, and butter. Press into pan.
2. Whip cream until peaks form. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice. Fold in whipped cream.
