Instructions
Preparation
In a bowl, mix crushed peanut butter sandwich cookies with melted butter to form a crust.
Press the mixture into the bottom of a pan and place it in the freezer to set for at least 15 minutes.
Prepare the chocolate pudding according to package instructions and pour it over the crust.
In another bowl, beat cream cheese with peanut butter and sweetener until smooth.
Spread the peanut butter mixture over the chocolate pudding layer.
Top with Cool Whip or Stabilized Whipped Cream.
Freeze for a few hours or until set.
Cut into bars and serve.
Notes
For a crunchier crust, mix in some chopped nuts or chocolate chips. These bars can be served directly from the freezer. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month; best enjoyed within the first couple of weeks.
