  • 2 tablespoons milk

Preparation

  • In another bowl, combine the creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar, mixing until smooth and well blended.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until fully incorporated.
  • Spread the peanut butter filling evenly into the prepared crust.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the milk until smooth, stirring as needed to prevent burning.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter filling, spreading it gently to cover the top.

Chill

  • Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving to allow it to set.
