For the topping

  • 2 tablespoons milk For melting the chocolate.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until well combined.
  • Press the mixture into a pie pan to form the crust, ensuring it is even and compact.
  • In another bowl, combine creamy peanut butter and powdered sugar, mixing until smooth.
  • In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until combined.
  • Spread the peanut butter filling into the prepared crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
  • Melt chocolate chips with milk in a microwave-safe bowl and stir until smooth.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter filling.
  • Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving to ensure it sets properly.

Notes

For a firmer pie, allow it to chill overnight. Garnish with whipped cream or crushed peanuts before serving.
