Ingredients

Base Parfait:

  • 4 ounces white chocolate
  • 6 tablespoons eggnog, divided
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 vanilla bean or 1 tsp vanilla extract

Whipped Cream Topping:

  • 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar

Additional Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Dulce de leche (optional)

Instructions

Topping Preparation

  • Prior to serving, prepare a second batch of whipped cream as instructed in the recipe.

Assembling the Parfaits

  • Break the gingersnaps into small pieces and place them in the bottom of your cups.
  • Add layers of filling and gingersnaps, drizzling with dulce de leche as desired.

Finishing Touches

  • Top off the parfaits with whipped cream, using a large open star tip to pipe it on top.
  • Garnish with cookie crumbs or cinnamon for a festive touch.
