Ingredients

For the crust

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

For the filling

  • 2 pieces ripe bananas, sliced Opt for ripe bananas for the sweetest flavor.
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding mix Can be substituted with chocolate pudding for a variation.
  • 2 cups milk Dairy-free alternatives can be used if desired.
  • 1 cup whipped cream Plus additional whipped cream for topping.

For garnishing

  • chocolate shavings or banana slices Optional garnishes.

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture into the bottom of small cups to form the crust.
  • In another bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  • Layer the sliced bananas over the crust in each cup.
  • Pour the pudding over the bananas evenly across all cups.
  • Top each mini pie with a dollop of whipped cream.
  • Garnish with chocolate shavings or extra banana slices if desired.
  • Refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.

Notes

These mini pies are best served chilled and can be garnished just before serving. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2-3 days.
