Make the crust by combining graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into a pie plate and freeze until firm.
Dissolve gelatin and sugar in boiling water. Divide between chocolate and strawberry layers.
For the chocolate layer, beat cream cheese with gelatin mixture, cream, cocoa powder, brown sugar, and vanilla. Pour into crust and chill.
For the strawberry layer, beat Strawberry Cream Cheese Spread with cream, gelatin mixture, and lemon juice. Spread over the chocolate layer and chill.
For the vanilla layer, beat cream cheese with cream, vanilla, and sugar. Spread over the strawberry layer and chill.
Whip cream with powdered sugar and vanilla. Spread on top of the pie and garnish with chocolate curls and strawberries.
