Ingredients
  

Cheesecake Base

  • 30 Oreo cookies wafers and filling
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 20 oz full-fat cream cheese brick style
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 3/4 cups Nutella
  • 3/4 cup sour cream
  • 4 large eggs whisked

Nutella Glaze

  • 3/4 cup Nutella
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Toasted hazelnuts optional, for topping

Instructions
 

  • Heat the cream until hot but not boiling. Pour the hot cream over Nutella and whisk until smooth.
  • Pour the Nutella glaze over the chilled cheesecake and let it drip off the edges. Optionally, sprinkle toasted hazelnuts around the edges.
  • Chill the cheesecake again until ready to serve. Serve chilled slices of Nutella Cheesecake with a beverage of your choice.

Notes

For a thicker glaze, chill the Nutella glaze before pouring over the cheesecake.
