Cooking
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the pasta and milk, bringing to a gentle simmer.
Cook according to pasta package instructions, stirring occasionally.
When the pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed, stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
