Instructions

In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes and sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the diced chicken to the pot, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
Add the tortellini and cook according to package instructions until tender.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
Notes
For a creamier version, consider adding a splash of heavy cream after the tortellini is cooked. Monitor the spice level according to preference.
