Ingredients

Dressing

  • 1 package 3.4 oz package cheesecake flavored pudding
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup frozen orange juice concentrate (thawed)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt

Fruit

  • 1 can 20 oz can pineapple tidbits (drained)
  • 1 can 11 oz can mandarin oranges (drained)
  • 1 cup maraschino cherries
  • 2 bananas (thinly sliced)

Instructions

Preparation

  • Combine the pudding mix, milk, and orange juice in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Whisk until smooth and slightly thickened.
  • Whisk in the yogurt until the mixture is smooth.
  • Add the fruit and gently stir until evenly combined.
  • Serve immediately, or cover and chill for up to two hours.

Notes

For extra flavor, add a splash of vanilla extract to the pudding mixture. Customize with your favorite fruits. For a lighter version, use low-fat pudding and yogurt.
