24whole Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
6tablespoonsunsalted butter, melted

1cupgranulated sugar
2tablespoonsall-purpose flour

1/2cupheavy cream

Instructions
Mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, flour, salt, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Add eggs and egg yolk one at a time, then fold in quartered or crushed Oreo cookies.
