Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 24 whole Oreo cookies, crushed into fine crumbs
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

Cheesecake Filling

  • 32 ounces full-fat cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 12 whole Oreo cookies, quartered or crushed

Toppings

  • Chocolate ganache See notes
  • Homemade whipped cream

Instructions
 

  • Mix crushed Oreo cookies with melted butter and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  • Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add sugar, flour, salt, heavy cream, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Add eggs and egg yolk one at a time, then fold in quartered or crushed Oreo cookies.
  • Pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust. Bake until set. Cool and refrigerate. Drizzle with chocolate ganache and top with whipped cream before serving.

Notes

For an extra decadent treat, add additional crushed Oreo cookies to the whipped cream topping.
