Cupcake Batter

  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
  • 3 large egg whites
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 8 Oreo cookies (for batter and garnish)

Oreo Frosting

  • 1 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 3-4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1-3 tablespoons whipping cream

Instructions

  • Following the recipe above to make the cupcake batter and Oreo frosting. Bake the cupcakes, make the frosting, decorate the cupcakes with frosting and Oreo cookies.
