Instructions
Dough Preparation
Grease a large sheet pan with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray.
Prepare the dough according to your pizza dough recipe, mixing flour, water, yeast, olive oil, and salt. Let it rise in a warm place until doubled in size.
Punch down the dough gently and move to a floured surface.
Cut the dough into approximately 1-inch pieces and place them on the greased baking sheet, spaced about 1 inch apart. Cover loosely and let them rest for about 30 minutes.
Garlic Butter Preparation
In a bowl, combine room temperature unsalted butter, minced garlic, salt, Italian seasoning, and parsley until creamy.
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Baking
Brush the garlic butter generously over the risen dough bites. Reserve some for later.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Remove from oven and brush with the remaining garlic butter while still hot. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top immediately.
