Instructions

Preparation

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
  • In another bowl, cream together butter, milk, and vanilla extract.
  • Combine the wet and dry ingredients until a dough forms.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  • Spread the diced peaches evenly over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  • Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls.

Baking

  • Place rolls in a greased baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden.

Glazing

  • For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with milk until smooth and drizzle over warm rolls.
