Preparation
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
In a separate bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and knead until a soft dough forms.
Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
Baking
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Spread diced peaches, cinnamon, and brown sugar evenly over the dough.
Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls. Place the rolls in a greased baking pan.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
Glazing
