Ingredients

For the dough

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/4 oz active dry yeast 1 packet
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup milk, warmed
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the filling

  • 1 cup peaches, diced Use fresh or canned, drained thoroughly.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

For the glaze

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon milk for glaze

Instructions

Preparation

  • In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, mix warm milk, melted butter, and vanilla. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and knead until a soft dough forms.
  • Let the dough rise in a warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.

Baking

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle. Spread diced peaches, cinnamon, and brown sugar evenly over the dough.
  • Roll the dough tightly and cut into rolls. Place the rolls in a greased baking pan.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.

Glazing

  • For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, cream cheese, and milk until smooth. Drizzle glaze over the warm rolls and serve.

Notes

Best enjoyed warm. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two days or in the refrigerator for up to a week. Freeze wrapped rolls for up to three months.
