1/2cupunsalted butter, melted
Cheesecake Filling
24ozbrick-style cream cheese, softened
1cupgranulated sugar
1 1/4cupcreamy peanut butter
1teaspoonvanilla extract
3/4cupsour cream
3large eggs
Chocolate Ganache Topping
8ozdark chocolate
1/2cupwhipping cream
Instructions
Prepare the crust by crushing Oreo cookies and mixing with melted butter. Press into a pan and bake.
